Our legitimate interest is keeping you informed about the Align Life platform offering, including relevant updates, marketing and market research. We use your information only where this is necessary for that purpose and where your interests, rights and freedoms do not override our interests.

Ask us to transfer information you provided to another organisation, or to you, where this right applies.
Withdraw consent
Where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time. This does not affect earlier processing.
You do not usually need to pay to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we will respond without undue delay and in any event within one month, subject to any lawful extensions or exemptions. Email hello@alignlife.co.uk to make a request.

We collect personal information directly from you, for example when you ask to receive Align Life platform updates.

How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information on our systems only for as long as required to provide Align Life platform updates. In some circumstances, you can ask us to delete your information. See Your data protection rights for more information.
